Teisiškai privaloma teisinių tekstų kalba yra turkų. Kitos kalbos tik informacijai.

1. Parties and acceptance

These Terms govern use of the website at kahraman.com (“Site”) operated by Kahraman.com (“Company”), and of the content, forms and contact channels on the Site.

Anyone who visits the Site, views content, or contacts us by form, email, phone or WhatsApp (“User”) is deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the Site.

2. Nature of services

Kahraman.com is a technology and project team active in project planning, management, design, software development, digital marketing, reporting and related consulting.

Information on the Site is general. Scope, fees, delivery dates, technical features, support level and performance targets become binding only in a written proposal, work order or contract.

Case summaries, references, statistics and performance statements are examples. Each project differs by its conditions, data quality and client cooperation. No result is guaranteed unless expressly promised in a written contract.

3. Proposals, contracts and delivery

A contact-form request starts a proposal process; it is not a binding order. Binding effect arises from a signed or written-approved proposal / contract.

Source code, design files, licences, hosting, third-party APIs, domains and content responsibility follow the project contract.

The client is responsible for the lawfulness of content, brands, data and third-party licences they provide. The Company may refuse or stop work if unlawful content is requested.

4. Intellectual property

Text, typography, design, logos, visuals, interface components, software and other materials on the Site belong to Kahraman.com or its licensors. Copying, modifying, distributing or commercial use without permission is forbidden.

Ownership and licence of work product on client projects, and use of open-source components, are set by the project contract and licence texts. Open-source libraries keep their own licences.

Quoting Site content is allowed for personal or editorial use with attribution and without harming reputation. Bulk scraping or automated extraction without prior written permission is forbidden.

5. User duties

The User is responsible for the accuracy, currency and authority of information entered in forms and channels.

You may not use the Site to spread malware, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt services, send excessive automated requests, use a false identity or infringe third-party rights.

Spam, insults, threats or illegal content on contact channels is forbidden. The Company may ignore such messages and report them to the authorities.

6. Third-party links and tools

External links are for convenience only. Kahraman.com is not responsible for those sites’ content, privacy or security.

Social and messaging channels (e.g. WhatsApp) follow the platform terms; part of the processing there is controlled by the platform.

7. Limitation of liability

Uninterrupted, error-free or virus-free operation is not guaranteed. To the maximum extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss (profit, data, reputation, etc.) from planned maintenance, force majeure, infrastructure or third-party outages.

General information on the Site is not professional advice. Critical business decisions should rely on a written contract and project documents.

Mandatory liability (for example intent or gross negligence) is reserved; this clause cannot be read against mandatory law.

8. Privacy and personal data

How personal data is processed is explained in the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and KVKK notice. Use of the Site is read together with those texts.

9. Changes

The Company may update these terms at any time. The current text takes effect when published on the Site. Reasonable notice is attempted for material changes.

10. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul (Çağlayan) courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction; mandatory consumer venue rules are reserved.
